Dada Mobile Acquires Upoc Networks

BUSINESS WIRE -- Aug 23 -- Italy's Dada S.p.A., through New York-based subsidiary Dada Mobile, completed the acquisition of Upoc Networks. Dada Mobile is the first social networking community and entertainment provider to offer complementary product suites spanning the mobile and online worlds.
