Although the site caters mostly to babies and toddlers, 20% of the users have created profiles for children ages 4 to 10. TotSpot isn't the only social network for babies. Other sites, such as AboutMyBaby.com and ScrapBlog.com, let parents create multimedia scrapbooks, while TotSites.com lets them build Web sites.
