HANDLESBLATT - Jan 8 - German professional social network Xing has acquired Kununu.com, an Austrian site for employer reviews in German-speaking countries. Initially XING will pay ~3.6M EUR upon signature of the contract. Based on Kununu revenue in 2013-2014, further payments totaling 5.8M EUR may be made by Feb 2015.
