MASHABLE - Mar 1 - Facebook has acquired Microsoft's Atlas Advertiser Suite, an online ad business and management service. The price was not disclosed but it is rumored to be ~$100M. Facebook said it looked to Atlas to help marketers and agencies get a full view of campaign performance, noting the service's capabilities for this type of analysis and measurement.
