It's well run, at a beautiful venue with useful and compelling material by excellent presenters. Very impressed. My key takeaway so far is that social media should be knit into the fabric of your marketing campaigns and executed in concert with other channels. It won't drive direct sales, per se, but will increase conversions and retention and should be used as part of your awareness and loyalty strategies.
